A Little of this and a little of that!

I was thinkimg I should use more of the pretty dsp (designer series paper) from the new Stampin’ Up catty. This floral from Naturally Eclectic I used for the bg is fun and I adore the colors together. The green stripe is from another 12×12 dsp pack…Delightful Daisy.

This is definately one of those everything-but-the-kitchen-sink kind of cards! Two dsps, three stamp sets, three dies, three ink colors and two embelishments. You should see my craft table!

For the leaves I used the Best Birds stamp and dies, stamped with Old Olive on Pear Pizzazz cs. The sentiment is from the new Label Me Pretty set.

The flowers were made with Flirty Flowers (love this set!) stamped with Peekaboo Peach and the centers colored with a Calypso marker. I then used a Micron pen for the staemen and went over the flowers and leaves with a Wink of Stella clear pen.  Thank you for stopping by and taking a look at my card. I hope you have a great day!c

Update:I made a card using the same set for my new catty party tonight…love this dsp and Flirty Flowers!

This Little Piggy…

Of all the new stamp sets Stampin’ Up has in their new catalog that was just released this month This Little Piggy is definately on the top of the list.

I was going through the new catty marking sets I have when I came across Here For You and thought of mixing it with the piggy set and came up with the card on the right. A CAS (Clean and Simple card) is good to clear the mind, it’s like a re-set button for me.

This is the inside of the card on the left. I cut the front of the card off , leaving just 1.5″ ¬†across the top, then attached the window sheet and dsp to make it match up with the back.

After busy morning deep cleaning the house it was great to get some stamping time in today. I hope your day was a little productive and a little fun! Thanks for stopping by!
